Kingdom Hearts: Re:coded Fact Sheet
Short Version: Japan have enjoyed Kingdom Hearts II so much, they had their own mini-series for their phones, called Kingdom Hearts coded. Cue redoing the episodes as a full remake for the DS. They’ve improved the combat since the phone version, and even threw in some new gameplay too.

Since its debut in June 2009 as episodic content for mobile phones, KINGDOM HEARTS coded has charmed players all across Japan. Now, it will finally reach a worldwide audience as a full remake for Nintendo DS, featuring vastly superior controls and a revamped combat system which combines the fresh and frenzied fights of the original with all-new, engaging battle mechanics. And you’ll be drawn deeper into the poignant story, too, thanks to the series’ hallmark cutscenes. Topping it all off is tons of new gameplay added just for this release.
