2K sends word that there is new (and free) content for Prey on the PC and Xbox 360 versions of the game.

Today 2K announced new downloadable content for Xbox 360 and PC versions of its first person shooter Prey. Among the content are 5 new multiplayer characters and 4 new multiplayer maps which are available for free on Xbox Live Marketplace and via the v1.2 PC patch at www.prey.com.

Patch highlights include:

º Five new multiplayer characters/skins: Becky, Elhuit, Hunter, Elite Hunter, and Jen
º Four new multiplayer maps: Gravity Labs, Space Oddity, Topillogical, and Tunnel Rat
