SEGA of America sends word that Phantasy Star Universe: Ambition of the Illuminus has been released today for the Xbox LIVE, Playstation 2 and PC. This expansion retails for $39.99 for the PC and PS2 and the download on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace is 1600 points.

Phantasy Star Universe: Ambition of the Illuminus is the expansion to the epic sci-fi action role-playing game, Phantasy Star Universe and brings a more personalized interactive universe to the acclaimed series.
