Majesco Entertainment has sent world that Blast Works: Build, Trade, Destory has gone gold for the Nintendo Wii, if you have not heard about the game, be sure to watch the video from our E3coverage last year.

Prepare to flex your creative genius as Majesco Entertainment Company, an innovative provider of video games for the mass market, today announced Blast Works: Build, Trade, Destroy has gone gold for Wii™. The fully customizable side-scrolling shooter will ship to retail outlets nationwide on June 10th.

In addition, Majesco has announced that BlastWorksDepot.com–the first web site of its kind that allows user-created game content to be shared via the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection–is now live. Accessible through any web browser, this innovative social networking site supports the Blast Works game and lets players upload their creations online for others to view and download to their Wii to play. Players can browse, rate, and comment on posted content; the site even allows registered and unregistered users to search through back catalogs of creations by category, date, artist and other criteria. Users can also make new friends with other Blast Works players by sending and approving friend requests.
