Gametactics two new videos from Ubisoft for Tom Clancy’s End War.  This time around, the the first video talks about the WMD (weapons of mass destruction) in the game.  The second video discusses Command Points, a key part of ensuring you land your troops in proper locations.  The game is due out in November 4th 2008 in North America for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, with different versions for the PSP and DS.  The PC version is due out February 2nd 2009.
