Dark Souls is a fantasy action RPG developed by FromSoftware and is the spiritual successor of their hard as nails 2009 game Demon Souls. Dark Souls promised to continue the tradition of the Souls games being hard with its tagline being, “Prepare to die” and in fact you do die, a lot. Dark Souls takes place in the fictional world of Lordran that was ruled by dragons until creatures crawled from the dark and found souls of the lords. These creatures used the souls to destroy the dragons and start a new age of fire. That’s pretty much all of the story the game readily gives you as you’re dropped into your role in a dark, dank dungeon cell.

Ubisoft has released a new Rayman Origin’s trailer titled “Dragon”. Michel Ancel, celebrated creator of Rayman, Beyond Good & Evil and the Raving Rabbids returns to his roots to bring us Rayman Origins: a high-definition, 2D side-scrolling, platforming adventure in full 4-player co-op. Rayman Origins will ship November 15th for the PlayStation 3 system, Xbox 360, and Wii.

Nordeus, developers of Facebook’s most played sports game, Top Eleven, today announces that it has launched a mobile version of its game on Android. This follows on from the launch earlier this month of Top Eleven 2.0 on Facebook and TopEleven.com, bringing a huge number of new features to the game. This month Top Eleven also passed a milestone of having over one million users log in to play in one day.

With Top Eleven on Android, players can now easily pick up where they left off on Facebook and TopEleven.com, as the game stays in sync regardless of which device you play it on. Top Eleven is now available here as a free download from the Android Market.
