EA has announced the development of the Retaliation Map Pack for Crysis 2. In the Retaliation Pack the multiplayer battlefield is expanded with 4 brand new maps supporting all game modes – Park Avenue, Transit, Shipyard, and Compound.

Brink is an award-winning, immersive first-person shooter that blends single-player, co-op, and multiplayer gameplay into one seamless experience. Brink will be released in North America tomorrow, May 10, 2011 and across Europe on May 13, 2011 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. For now check out this launch trailer for Brink.

Bethesda Softworks sends over a new video featuring The Shrouded bunker from the Rage video game. RAGE is slated for release on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC in North America and releases in North America on September 13th and across Europe on September 16th.

Nintendo is dropping the suggested retail price of its Wii system to $149.99 and including a Mario game with the Wii hardware. Starting May 15, the newly priced Wii system will come in either black or white with the Mario Kart Wii game and a matching colored Wii Wheel accessory, replacing the previously included Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort games.

Also on May 15, Nintendo launches the new Nintendo Selects collection of Wii games, a set of popular games that millions of people have already experienced, at a suggested retail price of $19.99. The four must-own games in this collection are The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Animal Crossing: City Folk, Mario Super Sluggers and Wii Sports, which is available for the first time as a separate software purchase. Parents and video game fans can now easily expand their library of fun, family-friendly Wii games.

2K Games announced today that The Darkness II, the sequel to the million unit-selling 2007 title, The Darkness, will be available for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system and Windows PC on October 4, 2011 in North America and October 7, 2011 internationally.
