It’s been about a year since Grand Theft Auto V released on the PS3 and the Xbox 360. When the first launched the PS4 and Xbox One versions hadn’t been planned, so now after a year they are finally out, with a PC release next year. There were a number of additions made to take advantage of the new formats and things they wanted to include the first time around. While these new additions are nice, some others were left out. It’s still pretty much the same game from last year, for better or worse; Thankfully much more for the better.

Cherry Tree High I! My! Girls! Review – Windows PC (Steam)
Cherry Tree High Comedy Club released 2 years ago on Steam and was published by Capcom and localized by Nyu Media. Developed by doujin group Circle 773, it was billed as an adventure game. You’d watch a story play out and in addition to that, manage your time and fatigue levels. This new follow up game strips that whole sim portion in order to deliver a story. While it does indeed do just that, perhaps the game is a bit light on the story side, even affecting some design oversights.

Pokémon Omega Ruby Review – 3DS
Twelve years have passed since the release of Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, right down to the date of November 21. This Remake was also released on the same day, which is fitting. Pokémon Omega Ruby seeks to update a game that was in much need of a fresh coat of paint. And for the most part, it succeeds. But some design omissions prevent this great rendition of the 2002 classic GBA from being otherwise perfect.

H1Z1 Early Access Release Date – January 15th, 2015
Sony Online Entertainment (SOE) today announced that the much anticipated post-apocalyptic zombie survival MMO, H1Z1, will be available via Steam Early Access on January 15, 2015 for $19.99 (USD). Additional details on Early Access can be found in SOE President John Smedley’s community post:
After a lot of hard work, we’ve decided to make the release date January 15th, 2015. This gives us just enough time to polish what we have and put out something we’ll be proud of and hopefully you’ll be excited to play.
Why did it take longer than we originally thought? It’s a fair question. The simple answer is once we saw what we could have had earlier it wasn’t good enough and we wanted to put something out that we would be proud of. What you’ll be playing January 15th is a really fun game, but it’s early. It’s everything Early Access should be – a fun and compelling game that isn’t finished. Our goal is to have you help us finish it and have it be a game we can build a large community in over time.
Is it going to be a finished game? Absolutely not. If that’s what you’re expecting, DO NOT BUY EARLY ACCESS. The goal here is to let you in early and help us mold it into a game you want to be a part of for quite a long time.
