Breach is Atomic Games’ entry into the modern warfare first person shooting genre and was released on Xbox Live Arcade and PC. The game is class based with access to 5 different classes; Rifleman, Gunner, Sniper, Support and Recon. There’s also a heavy emphasis on the destructible environment where cover and buildings can be destroyed. Breach forgoes a single player component and is an online only multiplayer experience.

Activision Blizzard to Discontinue Development on Guitar Hero and True Crime: Hong Kong

In a Quarterly and Calendar Year 2010 Financial Results release yesterday, Activision Blizzard has announced that it will no longer continue development of Guitar Hero and the True Crime series.

At the same time, due to continued declines in the music genre, the company will disband Activision Publishing’s Guitar Hero business unit and discontinue development on its Guitar Hero game for 2011. The company also will stop development on True Crime: Hong Kong. These decisions are based on the desire to focus on the greatest opportunities that the company currently has to create the world’s best interactive entertainment experiences.

Capcom has revealed the final boss character for Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds. In this video, Captain America takes on Galactus, the game is slated for release on February 15, 2011 on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles.
