Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. today announced that World of Warcraft: Cataclysm, the highly anticipated third expansion for the world’s most popular subscription-based massively multiplayer online role-playing game, is now on sale in stores throughout North America, Europe, Argentina, Chile, Russia, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, and will be available beginning December 9 in Korea and the regions of Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau.

Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood is the latest installment of the Assassin’s Creed franchise developed by Ubisoft. Brotherhood is a direct sequel to Assassin’s Creed 2 and picks up Ezio’s story right after the end of the second game. Through a series of unfortunate events Ezio loses his gear and the money he made in the second game and ends up in Rome. Rome at this time is in a sad state and Ezio must renovate it by fixing up properties and opening shops so he can get the people of Rome on his side. Ezio must make allies and build up support so he can take down the evil Borgia.

Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. (SCEI) today announced that the sales of PlayStation Move motion controller for the PlayStation 3 (PS3) computer entertainment system reached over 4.1 million units worldwide. The milestone was reached in just two months since its release in September for North America, Europe/PAL territories and Asia, and one month since the release in October for Japan. The number not only shows clear success of the launch of the new motion sensing controller but also indicates positive momentum going in to the holiday season and to the year 2011.

James Bond Bloodstone imageBizarre Creations, known for specializing in the genre of racing games, most recently the developers of Blur, an arcade “Mario Kart” style racer with realistic vehicles, has come to bring us a licensed third-person action adventure title. James Bond 007: Blood Stone is the 24th game to be released with a James Bond title. Being a movie licensed game, Activision opted to pay the big bucks to have the real actors of this generation James Bond, featuring the real voices and likenesses of actors Daniel Craig, Judi Dench, and Joss Stone. The presentation of a James Bond movie is portrayed very well done especially with the real actors digitized into the game. Prominent James Bond film writer Bruce Feirstein was chosen to write the story for the game which we can only hope turns into a feature film sometime in the coming years. Blood Stone was created using the same engine for the game The Club, which is also a third-person shooter that heavily uses cover to your advantage.

In the closing minutes of The Conduit, Michael was faced with a choice: follow the nefarious John Adams through the conduit portal or die. Standing in Adams’ bunker as the invasion of Washington D.C. rages above him, starring at the strange conduit in front of him, Michael had only one choice. Follow the bastard and finish this once and for all.
